Shipping by airmail and courier

Site's cart calculates only standard mail shipping. Cost depending on weight - from about 5$ for smallest kalimba to 10$ for largest mbira. Exact cost is shown in the cart. You can contact us about EMS Express delivery.

Shipping to Any Country

We ship using registered airmail - it is handled by your local generic post after crossing country border. Average delivery times are 10-20 days, but delays can happen rarely. Cost depends on weight, you can see it adding all needed items to the cart and entering your country. Average shipping is 5-10$. DHL Express delivery is also possible with 1-4 days average time to US/EU, starting from 40$ - write us for a quote, if the cart will not show exact price to your location.

Shipping to Russia, CIS and Saint-Petersburg

Responsibility

We take all responsibility for parcel until the moment you get it in hands. In case of damage or lost we return full price or send a replacement. All postal expenses are compensated.

Buyer is responsible for picking up parcel from post office (if it was not delivered to door) in timely manner - usually it is waiting for 30 days but it depends on local post rules. Tracking number provided with any parcel to watch its status. In some countries international tracking does not supported so if you received no notification from LPO in 30 days, please ask them locally about incoming mail.
